Tickets

Performances are subject to change without notice. If the venue is unable to host an event please refer to our Cancellations Policy.

Ticket Delivery

All tickets are delivered via email, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check that their ticket has been delivered, in the event the ticket has not been delivered the purchaser must contact Matafi Entertainment to have the ticket re-sent. It may be the case that the email containing your ticket has gone into your junk folder, and we ask that you check here first before contacting us.

Refund Policy

No Refunds
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY TICKETS PURCHASED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING AGAINST FUTURE PURCHASES. In the event of a cancellation please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

In the case that Matafi Entertainment should need to cancel or postpone an event all attendees tickets will be transferable to a new date. Matafi Entertainment accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by guests.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
